CS431 - 2000 "University of Missouri" lidded stein. This 8 3/4" lidded stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. A tribute to
the oldest university west of the Mississippi River. Landmark campus buildings
are beautifully illustrated by artist Don Curran in a full color collage wrapping
around the entire body of the stein, including Jesse Hall & "The Columns",
Memorial Union, Memorial Stadium & Faurot Field, Clydesdale Hall, Reynolds Alumni
Center and Hulston Hall. The top band of the stein details the university mascot,
school colors, NCAA and Big XII Conference designation. Circling the bottom of the
stein are campus facts, famous landmarks, characters and events. "Old Missouri",
the university alma mater, is highlighted in the center of the illustration. The
stein includes a pewter base and the pewter lid is carved with an intricate ivy leaf
design with a ceramic inlay with the university seal. The pewter thumbrest is the
University mark, the Bengal Tiger. Individually numbered with a certificate of

Ceramarte, depicts the 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang Convertible. Parked outside a typical
mid - 1960's gas station, this exciting turquoise powerhouse is accurately depicted
with all the innovations that made Ford the automotive leader it is today. From it's
compact sporty size to the spinner hubcaps. The car was produced for half of 1964.
The pewter lid is in the form of a '64 1/2 Mustang spinner hubcap, also an accelerator
pedal for the thumbrest and a handle in the shape of a car door handle. Individually

on the bottom) The 1st in the American Wildlife series of steins. Master
wildlife and Ducks Unlimited artist, Jerry Raedeke, showcases the Whitetail
Deer in a full color illustration. Detailed in ceramic relief, the
stein portrays a magnificent buck and doe grazing at water's edge.
The illustration of the two deer on the shore of a fog covered lake
is framed by a motif of fir trees and pine branches in deep ceramic
relief. A band of pinecones in a field of forest green encircles the
top of the stein and a birch log surrounds the bottom. A fir tree log
shapes the handle and the pewter thumbrest is a pinecone. This 10" tall
