3823 – "Hofbraeuhaus" stein. - This is a 11 1/4" lidded stoneware, raised-relief, figural decorated stein. The main subject of this stein is the world-famous Hofbraeuhaus in Muenchen. The stein is formed in the actual shape of this renowned beerhall, at the intersection of two cobblestone roads. The name “Hofbraeuhaus” and the “HB” symbol appear on the stein’s body, just as they appear on the actual building itself. The great attention to authenticity is further evidenced by such details as the arched windows and doorways, and the tiled roof. The stein has a beer barrel handle and pewter barrel thumblift. Mounted on top of the pewter lid is a handpainted pewter bierliesl (barmaid) figurine, made in England. As is the tradition, she is carrying 10 steins of beer! Individually numbered. Boxed.

6220 – 1996 London Commemorative lidded stein. With this 10 1/4" lidded stein, a new series of collector steins is launched, honoring “The Famous Cities of the World.” The three dimensional figural stoneware body of this inaugural first-edition piece is exceptionally detailed and entirely handpainted. Big Ben and The House of Parliament appear with great accuracy and prominence. A quartz clock has been inserted in the tower. Westminster Abbey is also present. London’s Tower Bridge is the stein Handle and we see the Thames River around the base. A miniature resin figurine of Windsor Castle is mounted on the pewter lid. 6221 – New York City Commemorative stein. Winner of the 1998 Collector Editions Award of Excellence, this spectacular 12 3/4" lidded stein is the 2ND edition in the series honoring “The Famous Cities of the World.” A multitude of famous landmarks are accurately reproduced as a panorama: the Metropolitan Life Building (formerly the Pan-Am Building), the Chrysler Building, the Empire State Building, the CitiCorp Building, the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center and the Brooklyn Bridge. The Statue of Liberty is the handle. Her head, arm and torch are separately cast in fine pewter, and all serve as the thumblift. A handpainted miniature resin figurine of New York City, with the Statue of Liberty again present, is mounted on the pewter lid. Individually numbered and includes a full-color certificate of authenticity. Boxed.

LTPISA – Leaning Tower of Pisa lidded stein. This 10 1/4" lidded stein was made in Germany. The historic building captures everyone's attention. Official Name: TORRE PENDENTE DI PISA, Function: Bell Tower (Campanile), Original Architect: Bonanno Pisano. Architect who realized that the Leaning Tower could not be straightened:Tomasso di Andrea da Pontedera (1275) and the Years Built: 1173-1350. Individually numbered. Did not come boxed.

6245 – Cape Hatteras Lighthouse Stein. Probably the most famous lighthouse in the U.S., Cape Hatteras is located on Diamond Shoals on the outer banks of North Carolina. This area is often referred to as the graveyard of the Atlantic due to the loss of over, 2,200 ships in the area. The first light in the region was built in 1798 and replaced in 1870 after partial destruction during the Civil War. This light is also the tallest in the U.S., standing over 200 feet. The Cape Hatteras Lighthouse stein was inspired and authorized by Harbour Lights of La Mesa, California. It was sculpted in the three-densional design style, displaying a panoramic view of the lighthouse. Shoreline, waves, sun rays and clouds complete the body design. This 10 1/2" lidded stein is stoneware and entirely painted by hand. The polished pewter lid is adorned by a stoneware figurine depicting the top chamber of the house, and is highlighted with gold-leaf accents. Individually numbered. Boxed.

This 12 3/4" lidded stein was made in Germany by the Westerwald Team. The focal point of this stein is the Rothenburg Plonlein Clock Tower, the main attraction of this famous German medival town. Additional Rothenburg landmarks, buildings, city wall and cobblestone roads are all clearly represented by the detailed panoramic figural stoneware body. A quartz clock has been inserted in the stein. A ceramic roof is on top of the pewter lid and it has a cast metal clock tower. Limited edition of 9,000 pieces. This 9 1/8" lidded stein was made in Germany by the Westerwald Team. The stein is modeled after the Sanssouci Castle in Potsdam near Berlin. Features a full panoramic view of the castle, including its precise landscapping and the prominent fountain in the foreground. The csatle was designed by Friedrich II, The Great, of Prussia. 6262 – 1994 Frankfurt 1200 Year Anniversary lidded stein. The 5th in the Collector's Series of "Germany's Most Beautiful Citadels, Castles and Buildings". This 9 3/4" lidded stein was made in Germany by the Westerwald Team. This stein commemorates the 1,200 year anniversary of Frankfurt, a modern day global center for industry, finance and international trade. A prominent relief panoramic view of the city forms the stein's body. The primary subject of this stein is the Roemerberg-Frankfurt's City Hall and famous tourist attraction. The Paulskirche (Church of St. Paul) appears behind the City Hall on the right side of the stein. Cobblestone streets form the base around the entire stein. Snowlike special glazes and materials are carefully applied to the rooftops, windowframes, treetops, and cobblestones of both the stein body and the lid figurine. Famous Rheinland landmarks are displayed in 3-D design on the stein's exterior surface. The Cologne Cathedral (the largest Gothic church in northern Europe), the Deutsche Eck (a 45 foot tall copper-plated statue in Koblenz where the Rhine River and the Mosel River meet) and the charming houses and inviting shops of Ruedesheim's Drosselgasse (Thrush Lane) are all represented on the stein's body. 6243 – 1995 Wartburg Castle Tower lidded stein. The 11th in the Collector's Series of "Germany's Most Beautiful Citadels, Castles and Buildings". This 12" lidded stein was made in Germany by the Westerwald Team. The stein serves as a tribute to the masterful and impressive stone fortresses that prevailed throughout early Europe, so soundly constucted that many still stand today. Not only do these structures represent strength and defense from all intruders, but they also evoke romantic fantasies of an era of Chivalry with knights, damsels, kings and an occasional sorcerer. Scuplted in the figural relief style, the stein creates a panoramic view of this tower's intricate stone construction. Vines, windows, archways and turrets accent the stein. The gateway is located opposite the handle and provides a view of Wartburg. Two archways and stone walls form the stein's handle.
