BEER STEINS
Anheuser Busch's Budweiser's brand of beer has continued to issue Holiday Christmas Steins for the holidays since 1980. Below is a listing of Budweiser's holiday steins for sale. All the holiday steins are in excellent condition. The steins were made in Brazil by Ceramarte. The first boxes, issued for Budweiser's holiday beer steins, were not until 1993. If we can be of any help with these steins, please feel free to contact us! We only sell BRAND NEW IN THE BOX, where issued, BUDWEISER'S HOLIDAY STEINS!
*** WARNING!!! Any lidded holiday steins from 1981 to 1992 and any steins with DARK GREEN cases from 1982 to present are all fake, BOGUS steins! Lids have been applied and dark green case decals applied (heat transfer machines). Any claims of the stein being RARE are just outright false. These steins were either redone in Brazil or sold by unscrupulous dealers here in the US who bought them out of Brazil, or other sellers who bought them from Brazil! As always, BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE!

*** Just a note on the 1980 & 1981 Holiday steins. The outside stein color itself is the result of a brown wash applied to give the ceramic color. No two steins of the 1980 or 1981 and their respective variations, are exactly alike in appearance. Varying degrees of brown shading will occur from the very light to a very dark brownish background. Sometimes you will see steins that have a very uneven application of the wash, resulting in dark blotching or a particular area a lot darker than the rest of the stein. We don't sell those unattractive, in appearance, steins. Some collectors prefer an overall darker appearance as compared to a lighter appearance. It's hard to know who prefers what, as the pictures we use for the steins are an average appearance. Steins shipped will vary in shading as those pictured. We do change them periodically to provide examples of different shading. ***

CS29 - 1980 " Budweiser ® Champion Clydesdales " Holiday lidded stein. This 5 7/8" lidded stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. Same as the 1980 unlidded Holiday stein but comes with a pounded type lid with a ball thumbrest. With age, lids darken with a patina. Did not come boxed.OUT

CS50 - 1981 " Snow Covered Birch Trees " Budweiser ® Holiday stein. This 6 1/2" stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. The eight horse hitch is seen traveling through a forest of snow covered trees. CS63 - 1985 " Snow Capped Mountains " Budweiser ® Holiday stein. This 6 1/2" stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. The 6th in the Holiday series, this stein illustrates an 8-horse hitch journeying through a mountain pass. The scene is framed by a Budweiser ® banner quilted pattern design which complements the red bands and white roping accents. An A&Eagle ® logo appears on the thumbrest. Did not come boxed.$24.00
CS66 - 1986 " Traditional Houses " Budweiser ® Holiday stein. This 6 1/2" stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. 19th Century houses and Budweiser's Clydesdale 8-horse hitch are featured on this holiday stein which is the 7th in the series. The red and white border resembles the tassels worn by the hitch. A flowing red ribbon displays Budweiser's logo and sits atop Budweiser's A&Eagle emblem. CS70 - 1987 " Grant's Farm Gates " Budweiser ® Holiday stein. This 6 1/2" was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. Features the Clydesdales with the Grant's Farm gates in the background.
