CS1 - 1975 Original Bud Man ® lidded stein. This 7 1/2" lidded stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. This early version has the hollow head and the fleur-de-lis style thumblift. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or hairlines. One minute missed spot in the red, in front of his left glove, and in the blue part at the top of his left glove. Otherwise an excellent example of a hard to find stein. Did not come boxed.

This massive porcelain, deep relief 3 Stooges character stein was made in Germany. Entirely hand painted, this 13" (Counting thumblift) - 3 dimensional lidded stein captures the three famous heads. Sculptors Steve Harmon and Tino Schunke both contributed to the creation of this intricate tribute to this famous trio. The classic three heads are placed above an exploding beer keg. The umbrella logo and a delivery truck appear on the keg. The entire theme is inspired by the famous Three Stooges film " The Little Beers". The beer foam sprays everywhere adding humor and excitement to the stein. Stein has a beer barrel handle. Moe is literally flipping his lid, with the concealed pewter lid underneath his hair. (Licensing was suspended on this series and this seems to be the 1st and last in the series right now) The stein shows the Kangaroo dressed in a traditional "outback" vest and hat. The stein commemorates the two famous forces of the financial world - the Bull and Bear Stock Markets. This 3-dimensional porcelain stein is hand painted. While grasping each other, the bull holds a cell phone and briefcase in his right hand and a financial report in his left. The bear is clutching the bull's suspenders in one hand and his horn in the other. While holding onto each other, you can see another financial report along with ticker tape, computer and computer mouse on the floor. 6810 - "MILLER GIRL in the MOON" Character stein - 10" -------------- This handpainted 3D relief stein was made in Germany. Loretta Miller Kopmeier, the original "Girl in the Moon" and granddaughter of Miller Brewing Company founder, Frederick Miller, was about 12 or 13 years old at the turn of the century, when her father, Carl Miller, took her on a visit of the brewery that he headed. In the dining room he sat her down and she held her hand up dramatically. That became an inspiration to her father. She became the model for the Girl in the Moon. Celestial bodies appear against the spacious skies. The Girl in the Moon sits amidst clouds and stars. The handle is in the shape of a glass "Miller" pilsner with froth, replicating the glass in the girl's hand. Individually numbered with a certificate of authenticity. Boxed.
