The exceptional blue earthen glaze over this stein, reveals, in raised relief, a man playing for the Hobo Band Schell Beer, with August Schell Brewing Co. New Ulm Minn. and Since 1948. Sandhurst New Ulm. MN Stoneware in raised lettering on the bottom. Not numbered. Only 400 were made. No two steins will be alike as the glaze will have varying degrees of shading. Did not come boxed.
