FAQ ON SHIPPING RATES!


Just a few words on our shipping rates before you go on to our SECURE SERVER to place your order.

We try to charge as close to actual shipping as possible. It is our goal to keep your costs down. If you are unsure what your shipping costs will be, just leave the box blank for the shipping. We will let you know the charge.

NEXT DAY AIR, 2ND DAY AIR and 3 DAY SELECT are also available for UPS shipping. Usually 1 stein runs $35 to $65 for NEXT DAY AIR. Very EXPENSIVE. Just let us know if you prefer that method of shipping, otherwise all shipments are with UPS (BROWN), within the continental US, and will be ground insured shipments. Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico ONLY, will ship via Priority Mail Insured w/Delivery Confirmation, with the US Post Office. Sorry, NO International Sales! We will email you your tracking # (UPS packages only) for the package/packages, with the URL link to track your package, usually the day after your package ships. *** All packages returned due to an incorrect address, unable to contact or unable to deliver, will not have the shipping charges refunded *** Again, if in doubt, I will let you know the shipping cost.

All items are shipped via UPS insured. UPS does not deliver to a PO BOX, so a street address is required. *** NEW RATES 01/01/10 *** We charge $14.00 (Shipped West of the Mississippi River) for the 1st stein and $1.50 for each thereafter in the same order. $13.00 for the 1st stein (Shipped East of the Mississippi River) and $1.50 for each thereafter in the same order. *** Larger steins that are 9" & over: ADD $1.00 EXTRA ***, unless a different add on shipping rate is posted with the item. If you are ordering small item/items, (Examples include the Wade Hamms Bears or salt and pepper pairs) they can be sent Priority Mail US Post Office Insured w/Delivery Confirmation. Rates now depend on the distance the package will travel. We will correct you if you have submitted the incorrect amount for shipping on your order. IMPORTANT! UPS NOW CHARGES AN $8.00 fee for an incorrect address. Please make sure your address is correct, ie: street, road, ave, court, etc. We will charge $8.00, if we are charged by UPS for an incorrect address or a forwarded address or the package is returned to us for non-delivery (USUALLY AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER)!

We do ship to APO ad FPO addresses. Packages will be shipped Priority Mail Insured via the US Post Office. We will fill out the custom's form where necessary.

Quotes for shipments via the US Post Office will include insurance.

Your satisfaction is our main concern. Return merchandise guaranteed. Refund or credit applied. All refunds or credits must be used within 90 days from date of refund or credit.

Also your credit card will not be charged until your order has been confirmed and is READY TO SHIP!
