In no manner, shape or form do we try to appear or represent ourselves as a representative distributor of merchandise for any Brewery, domestic or foreign.
We only sell liscensed breweriana. All our breweriana and non-breweriana items for sale, are in excellent condition, unless otherwise noted. We guarantee the condition of all products sold through this web site. As stated here and on the back of our sales invoice, if any item arrives damaged or broken, a replacement will be sent, if available, or a total refund or credit will be allowed. That will be at the customer's discretion. All original packaging must be kept and The Great American Brewery Shoppe contacted. In no case will we be liable for any consequential, special or other damages of any kind from the use of the products sold in this site and our total liability and that of the Breweries shall be limited to the amount of money you paid for the product.
