Broken or Damaged Merchandise: ( For UPS shipments only)
Call your local UPS Office. They will come to you, inspect and pick up the merchandise, and return it to The Great American Brewery Shoppe. You must keep the broken items, even if there is no apparent damage to the shipping carton (concealed damage). For all limited editions (numbered items), advise your UPS inspector that even broken or damaged items must be returned to The Great American Brewery Shoppe. If no replacement is available a credit or refund will be issued to you.
Defective or Returned Merchandise:
Call The Great American Brewery Shoppe at 704-209-2286 and inform them of the problem. It is your responsibility to return the item insured, if necessary, to The Great American Brewery Shoppe. Defective items will be replaced, if available, and return shipping charges will be credited to your account. For returned merchandise, your account will be credited for merchandise only, less a 10% restocking charge.
No Replacement or Credit Will Be Given Under The Following Conditions:
The request is made after 10 days from the receipt date, unless, of course, there are mitigating circumstances..Anything happens in life and 10 days may not be enough. What I�m trying to say is, business is business, and there has to be some time limit, within reason.
The item is returned by you without an outer carton.
The item is returned by you without the original box.
You have marked up the item by circling or writing on the item or box.
For broken or damaged merchandise, you have not kept the original shipping carton for the UPS inspector. (Have to say this, as everything must be the way it was received.)

The merchandise you will receive has been identified by us using either the serial number, edition number, ultra-violet markings, or china pen markings. If the item has a china pen marking this may be rubbed off. Make sure you have no claims against this item before removing this mark as no claims may be filed after this mark is removed. Any claims made against merchandise not in the shipment will not be honored.
