3955 - 1986 Polar Bear lidded stein. This 11" lidded stein was made in Germany by Thewalt. 1st issue in the " Great Animals of the World " series of steins. Features in high relief, a polar bear in a glacial setting. A Polar Bear forms the handle and there are snow flake decorations along the bottom. A stoneware figurine of a polar bear is inset into the pewter lid. Individually numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Limited edition of 2500. Generic box.$95.00 No COA
3956 - Elephant lidded stein. This 12 1/2" lidded stein was made in Germany by Thewalt. 2nd Edition in the " Great Animals of the World " series of steins. In raised relief, the stein features an adult majestic African elephant in its natural habitat with additional members of the herd in the background. The stein has gold leaf accent border lines, with lion heads and tribal symbols border decorations. A raised elephant trunk serves as the handle as well as a good luck wish. A cold cast resin elephant is inset into the pewter lid. Individually numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Limited edition of 2500. Generic box.OUT No COA
3957 - Orca Whale lidded stein. This 11 3/4" lidded stein was made in Germany by Thewalt. The 3rd edition in the " Great Animals of the World " series of steins. The Orca Whale is the focus of the stein designed by artist Paul Tadlock. The stein has an ocean blue background with a seal shaped handle. Bottom border around the stein features seals, snails and a walrus head. A figurine of 2 Orca Whales thrusting themselves out of the water, is inset into the pewter lid. Individually numbered with a certificate of authenticity. Limited edition of 2500. Generic box.$135.00 No COA
