GM 6 - 1994 "Triple Self Portrait" lidded stein. The stein was made to honor the centennial of Norman Rockwell's birth. Made in Germany by Gerz, this 12 1/4" lidded white porcelain stein features 3 views of Norman Rockwell's famous painting, "Triple Self-Portrait". The first is the full color depiction on the body. The second is a sculptured pewter lid with a mirror like inset. The third view can only be seen by holding the base up to the light and looking through the stein. Called a lithopane type stein.
