CS102 - 1988 Post Convention-Heritage Series - August Busch Sr. - 2nd - This 5 1/4" Hofbrau style stein commemorates August Busch Sr., President of Anheuser-Busch � from 1913-1934. The attractive stein depicts the company�s Prohibition products and the World Famous Budweiser � Clydesdales and features the trademark A&Eagle � symbol. CS104 - 1989 Classic Edition #2 stein - This 8 1/2" stein was made in Germany by Gerz. The Classic II stein depicts the Anheuser-Busch's Brew House as it looked in the 1890s. Illustrated from archive lithographs, the beautiful d�cor includes numerous columns, a detailed banister and a stunning chandelier. The antique look is enhanced with century-old lettering and the A&Eagle � symbol. An attractive ceramic inlaid pewter lid tops the stein. This striking stein reprises artwork from the private collection of the Busch family. Renowned artist Oscar Berninghaus rendered this enchanting � Merry Christmas � design of Santa taking flight on a giant A&Eagle �, the Anheuser-Busch � trademark. The 1st of 3 in Budweiser's Columbus Discovery series of steins that salutes the 500th Anniversary of the discovery and exploration of America. The Nina stein, decorated with rich tones and detailed artwork, chronicles Columbus� departure from Spain in 1492. Relief features include a port scene on one side and the famous Queen Isabella on the other. The pewter lid is enhanced with Columbus� crest on the ceramic inlay. Adolphus Busch III, President of Anheuser-Busch from 1934 to 1946, is depicted on this attractive Hofbrau style stein. The illustration highlights the patriotic efforst of Anheuser-Busch during World War II and commemorates the company�s first 300-barrel production.
