CS351 - 1998 World Cup Soccer lidded stein. This 12 1/4" lidded stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. A large relief soccer ball is centered between illustrations depicting soccer players in action. The flags of the 32 participating countries appear around the base. The pewter lid is topped with a replica of the World Cup trophy, covered in 22-karat gold. CS353 - 1999 The American Worker #3 lidded stein. This 9 1/2" lidded stein was made in Germany by Gerz. The 3rd and last in the series, this stein includes 3 historic cover illustrations from The Saturday Evening Post - a house painter working around a family of birds (May 12, 1945 by Stevan Dohanos), a policeman stopping traffic at a school crossing (September 3, 1949 by George Hughes) and a fisherman cleaning his catch (June 26, 1954 by Stevan Dohanos). - 1999 ARMY lidded stein. The stein is the 1st in Budweiser's Honoring Tradition & Courage series of steins saluting the men and women of the United States armed forces. The 8 1/2" lidded stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. This beer stein showcases the dramatic efforts of Army personnel through a magnificent collage that wraps around the entire body of the stein. A close-up look at brave soldiers is flanked on each side by action scenes. Surrounded by gold stars, the seal of the U.S.Army is centered at the bottom of the stein and deeply etched in pewter on the stein's thumbrest. The handle is designed in the shape of a bayonet hand grip and the stein is topped with a slanted pewter lid and a ceramic inlay. Individually numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity. CS359 - 1999 Historical Stein & Tin #1. This 6 1/2" stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. This stein is the corrected version. (No misspelling of words on this one). The 1st stein in the new Historic Budweiser � Advertising Series. Features an ad entitled, "When Gentlemen Agree". The artwork was originally commissioned by the brewery from famous artist Norman Rockwell in 1934. Stein comes packaged inside a matching decorative tin. Each stein is individually numbered. Artist Bud Kemper has captured the bald eagle in a spring Mountain scene with snow covered peaks and evergreen trees in the background. The full-color illustration wraps around the body of this 7 1/4" stein and is crowned with a ceramic inlay on the pewter lid. This innovative series features a unique recessed area at the center of the stein which gives the perspective of looking inside the animal's den. CS380 - 1999 TPC of Tampa Bay lidded stein. The 3rd and last in the Michelob � PGA Tour Series of steins. This 7 3/4" lidded stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. The stein showcases the Tournament Players Club (TPC) of Tampa Bay's awesome 18th hole. Most intimidating, this par-four, 456-yard dogleg features water along the entire right side of the fairway and green with sizable bunkers on the left. The center illustration depicts an aerial view of this challenging hole. To each side of the main visual are beautiful renderings of the clubhouse and a scenic view of the 200 acre course. A ceramic inlay with the Michelob� PGA Tour logo is inset into the pewter lid, which is also etched with the name of the course. The handle offers a truly unique touch -- a 3" long pewter insert, engraved with the course logo. Individually numbered and gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity. The stein commemorates the 111 gold, platinum and multi-platinum records awarded to the King of Rock 'n Roll. Centered over a scupltured gold relief depiction of the gates at Graceland and his signature, is a full color image of Elvis "In Concert". On either side of the stein are images of Elvis in his famous gold lame suit worn first in 1957. Gold records circle the bottom of the stein.
